Hi there, I hope someone in the Philippines will be able to help you where to find that specific Maybelline Lip Color you're looking for. Most malls in Manila don't carry much US cosmetics brands. You might have a better chance finding Maybelline cosmetics at a high end mall like Shang ri la mall and Rustans (though not really a high end mall comparing to HK %26amp; US malls, in my opinion).
You can request the front desk of Hotel Intercontinental for the phone number of those malls so you can call/ inquire if they carry Maybelline brands.

There should be a Maybelline stand near Glorietta 4 as well, in Landmark or SM.
There are usually Maybelline stands in a lot of places in Manila.
they have it in landmark.
i bought mine from there early this year. if they don't have it, check SM makati.
well just across your hotel is Rustan's... . try going to Rustans and look for the product you wish to buy...
