Do you find pencil or liquid eye liner the best to use and what color do you like best for blue eyes?

It depends on the quality of the liner, but pencil seems to stay put better. For blue eyes, brown actually brings out blue eyes really well, but for some reason everyone goes with black.Do you find pencil or liquid eye liner the best to use and what color do you like best for blue eyes?
Depending on how fair your skin is (if you're fair)- go with a dark brown


if you have darker toned skin...I would def. go for a black to really help line your eye.





I prefer gel liners, I think they glide on so nice and always stay in place.


Try MAC's they're called fluidline. They come in little pots and last FOREVER. (u do need a brush for them ..a slanted brush is superb)





If you're a beginner, I would start with a pencil liner. Get yourself a good outline with that and then you can start experimenting with the liquid liner by going over what you have marked with the pencil.

i like liquid because it does not smear. Dark blue or charcoal is pretty on blue eyes. the charcoal is a bit softer then straight black which can look a little trashy.
I personally prefer pencil. I can never get the liquid on right. I think probably black for blue eyes.
Pencil is the best thing to use. Liquid takes a lot of practice to get right. The best color for blue eyes is dark brown.
can't go wrong with black...try both pencil and liquid and use what's easier for you to apply and what stays on best
liquid always looks better but takes a lot of practice, can use both - i really like dark green on blue eyes or black
