It's implantation bleeding, so it's red. Not everyone gets implantationn bleeding at all, though. And yes, two days after intercourse is entirely too early to have pregnancy symtpoms. Most likely you're just worrying yourself. It'll be about 2 weeks after intercourse when you will start noticing symptoms and be able to get a positive pregnancy test. Symptoms will probably be missed period, nausea, and tender breasts. Sometime headaches do occur during pregnancy due to hormones (but that wouldn't be kicking in just yet), but normally backache would be later, when the fetus had gotten so large that your back had to work hard to support your tummy's weight.

with my 1st baby the implantation bleeding was light pink and very light flow. with my 2nd pregnancy it was very dark red and was a big gush then gone by the next hour. it can be differant with each pregnancy and with differant people.
