it is definitely the density of the liquid that affects the refraction of light. the higher the density, the higher the degree of refraction.
the only time when colour affects refraction is when different colored lights are shone through a certain liquid. the colour red has the highest degree of refraction whereas the color purple has the lowest degree of refraction.Refraction of Light???
