They are called ';Plaque disclosing Tablets'; and if you cannot find them at your pharmacy you can buy them here. You chew them and the red remains on places you haven't brushed properly.

You can buy this in the toothpaste isle at the store. They also make it in kids flavors too and it is blue. It show where the plaque and stuff sticks in your mouth the worst and helps you brush your teeth better. Hope i helped! Good Luck!
they make some mouth wash for little kids that you swish around before you brush and it dyes the plaque red or blue or pink, depending on what brand you buy.
