okay is it mine or what it barely comes out black. %26amp; it doest last what i mean by that is i go rub my eye if it itches n i get black stuff on my eye or if its hot it comes off ? i wasted 8 dollars on this because i herd it was good it sucks. whats the best liquid eye liner to use on ur top eye lids. that will dry and and not smudge if u touch ur eye?Revlon liquid eye liner pen color stay?
idk about liquid... but i KNOW that pencil is wayy easy to put on and usually stays on pretty well. (even the cheap drug store stuff) lol
