If you got it used there is a good chance it could be something like cherry kool-aid. The best thing to do would be to smell the liquid. If it smells sweet then you have your answer. If it smells like an oil of some sort. I would try to look UP under the seat with a mirror and see if there is a spot where it is leaking from. As far as it coming out of the vent I don't really see that. There are a ton of twist and turns in that. It would be really hard for any liquid to come up that much less a whole puddle, but my answer would be a smell test or even a taste test. That would be the best way to find out what it is. if the seat has power adjustment or seat warmers the chances are its for that. Don't worry about changing it its like oil that never gets dirty, it just cycles through. Check the manual just to be sure.
