That is a tricky question to answer is the flower growing in the ground or is it a cut flower? I can't imagine any thing blue turning anything white into pink. If it was a cut flower it would turn the flower blue if it was a pink cut flower it would be lavender. The question is just too technical for me. I believe what you are looking for is ';Miracle Grow'; with acid. It is used for plants (IE-Hydrangeas) to turn their flowers from white or pink to blue.
