Is there any liquid that will change color when it comes in contact with gold?

If you crush some rocks and there is some small flakes of gold in the mixture.is there a liquid that when mixed with this, will change color to show that gold is presentIs there any liquid that will change color when it comes in contact with gold?
No liquid that I know of, but go to a store that sells home building materials and buy you a sheet of unglazed porcelin. When gold is rubbed across it, it will leave yellow streaks behind. Geologists call this a ';Streak Plate';, and use it to help them identify minerals.

Good for telling gold apart from it's look-alikes. Pyrite (also known as Fool's Gold) will leave green marks on a streak plate. A dead giveaway. Is there any liquid that will change color when it comes in contact with gold?
Yes,there is.
Women!!!
try vinegar if you will soak gold and the color of gold changes then the vinegar is fake
sodium cyanide but it separates the gold from raw ore if the gold is present..i dont know about color changing
You need to do an acid test. You would need to scratch the gold you found on a slate and then apply acid. If the gold dissolves, it isn't gold.

Here is a kit:
