well i use liquid eyeliner. and regular. i have really light brown eyes. i put a small linee of black eyeliner above mi top eyelashes and on where you would normally put it but with pencil. being that pencil usually just wears off for me. i feel it does bring out your eyes more cause it stays longer. plus if you had a little eyeshadow like for me i add brown. and i've been told it does bring out my eyes. goodluck =]
No, black of any color brand makes eyes smaller. Use a dark brown instead. :]
I don't think this is a good guy question, but to answer your question I have heard that if someone gets punched in the eye hard enough it will pop out. The colour around the eye is usually dark black with a bit of purple, red and green.

I like the regular. Liquid gets too much hype. I actually think black will look good with your hazel eyes because it's dark and your light eyes will stand out. The brown will most likely appear as nothing or wouldn't do your eyes justice. Dark colors on lighter eyes look great. My friend has green eyes and when she used black eyeliner her eyes are amazing. Whoever said black makes your eyes look smaller is kinda dumb.
Liquid Liner sucks. It always leaks down and it just isnt good.

it makes a hudge mess. and if you use pencil eyeliner theres a way to do it to make it look EXACTLY like liquid eyeliner.

k just say your putting it on your right eye.
- take the finger on the hand that your not using to put the eyeliner on, and put it right at the end or your eye. (the end closeest to your ear, not your nose)
- then once its place there, push it outward, close your eye, and it should be like a smooth. (during this step your like... pulling your eye lid to the side. idono its hard to explain)
- put the eye liner on in one smooth motion and fix it up
- release your finger from the end of your eye.

Either dip the cakes into the fondant and place on the rack to drain or ladle the fondant over the cakes, making sure all sides are coated. Once they are set, they should be coated again. Ok so like my girlfriend got bucked off her horse yeasterday afternoon she blacked out for a minute and she keeped on asking my the same questions over and over. well we took her to the ER once she started throwing up. They took a CAT scan and XRays but they said everything was fine and sent her home. well she still has this yellow clearish liquid stuff coming out of her noise still and it has a little bit of blood in it which is worrying us. Oh, and bleach your towels, the colors stay fine in those loads too and your towels smell great! :]

Photoshop change color help, turn liquid soap into green blood?
I need to make the picture look as if my forearm is bleeding green.(dont ask why, dont say thats stupid id like actual answers please) In order to do this I took liquid soap (Yellowish) and put it on my arm so the picture would have a real liquid look to it. The picture is high quality too. I planned on using the change color program in photo-shop to change the yellowish soap to green. But when i select the color it doesn't get all the soap because of the different shades, and it also changes the color of my arm as well since you can see through the soap a little to my arm (white). Where can i find high end liquid liner in these colors?
i would like some liquid liner with a thin brush in the colors fuschia/bright pink, orange, pure matte white, or any other neon color. i don't want it to be shimmery, i want matte colors. i prefer liquid liner because it's easiest for me to apply but if there's another option like paint pots that's okay. i'm looking for a high end brand because i don't like to use drug store ones.Where can i find high end liquid liner in these colors?

My husband headed over for me and bought 2 liquid boxes and a bottle of developer. I've only ever used cream but it was a year ago with my cousin (who's a stylist) and she mixed the developer (never telling how much) and did everything else. I want to take on this task at home but I need help. Should I return the liquid and get cream? How much developer do I add? What are all the tools I'd need for either? I've never used liquid! Take up his food and water until the morning when you can call your regular vet. He might have eaten a string or something else that's either binding or blocking his intestines. Taking away the food will ease any pressure til the morning.
If this is what happened, it might either pass on its own, or he will need very expensive surgery. Hopefully it's the first one if this is the problem.
Hopefully this isn't the problem at all, it's just one of the possibilities. It might just be a simple infection that can be treated with medication for a few days.

Revlon Caramel color stay liquid foundation with what revlon pressed powder?
Ok So I am BLACK Indian and peurto rican, I find that on my face is very un even toned before makeup sometimes, I use Revlon colorstay liquid foundation in caramel and i top that with revlon colorstay pressed powder in medium deep but it almost looks too light not sure but does anyone know which pressed powder is supposed to go with Revlon liquid caramel foundation? Also if anyone has a sugestion for eye eye shadow and blush for african american skin that would be great as well.

MAC has a great one called prep and prime translucent. i always thought bright colors look great on darker skin, because it just pops. i would try a peachy color for blush and any bright colors on ur eyes. hope this helps :)nba

This is the ONLY liquid foundation brand I use! They have like every skin tone imaginable, and this foundation is easy to apply.
Try not to touch your face too much when wearing it though, because it comes off. But then again, that's with pretty much any foundation you buy unless you're wearing something like MAC, Sephora, or Urban Decay.
Also, when applying this foundation, it may make you feel as if you're wearing too much....I know it does me...but no worries! You'll look as natural and as pretty as possible!!%26lt;3
