Now its all about q10. should it be powder or liquid and what color?

Well, any of the forms will be absorbed by the system within a short time (maybe a few minute's difference between each of them)... the main difference comes down to personal preference. Some people prefer powders, some prefer liquids, and some prefer pills, which is why the various forms are available. Any way you slice it, they are all CoQ10 and will still get into your system, so it's safe to pick whichever one you like.

As far as color, that will vary only by the form of it. Powders tend to be more white and liquids tend to be more yellow/brown, but softgels commonly have coloring added to the pill because the various oils in the softgels don't always mix perfectly and the supplement companies don't want customers to scare themselves out of taking something that's good for them because the separating oils freaks them out (it's happened before).

The most important thing with CoQ10 or any other supplement is to make sure the company making it has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide). It's best to make sure you're taking a good quality product to make sure you know what you're getting. Good luck and I hope I helped! Now its all about q10. should it be powder or liquid and what color?
I believe that Q10 taken in gel cap form is safest and tamper free and is available from 30mg up. Good luck.
