Does Tamiflu for children have food coloring in it? Is it a pill or a liquid?

First, would you give your five year old Tamiflu? There seem to be an awful lot of warnings out there. Second, is it a liquid? And if it's a liquid, does it have food coloring in it? My daughter has a severe reaction to food coloring, so I would skip the meds if I could anyway.
